Terms
This page provides a compact summary of typical contractual topics. For formal engagements, a separate contract or full terms document is preferable.
1. Applicability
These terms are intended to apply to proposals, engagements and services by Vennet Consulting B.V. unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Proposals and engagements
Proposals are indicative unless explicitly stated otherwise. An engagement exists once confirmed in writing by both parties or once work has started in practice.
3. Delivery
Services are delivered with the care and professionalism reasonably expected from a specialist consultancy in migration, platform and automation work.
4. Client cooperation
The client is responsible for timely access, information, decision-making and enabling conditions required for successful delivery.
5. Liability
Liability should be contractually limited in a way that fits the scope and risk profile of the engagement. Specific limits are best defined in the engagement documentation.
6. Intellectual property
Unless agreed otherwise, intellectual property rights in proposals, methods, documentation and developed materials remain with Vennet Consulting or the relevant rights holder.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties should handle confidential information carefully and use it only for the purpose of the engagement.
8. Governing law
Dutch law applies unless otherwise agreed in writing.
